At Semkhor, we believe that creators are self-driven and can learn more efficiently than traditional four-year programs allow. These intensives are ideal for anyone looking to challenge their abilities, acquire new skills quickly, and expand their professional network.
STUDIO INTENSIVES
This immersive STUDIO LAB spans two weeks and provides participants with hands-on experience in film production and visual effects integration. The course centers around the creation of a two-minute opening scene for the STONEBREAKER documentary, a unique project that blends live-action media with advanced visual effects (VFX).

This immersive STUDIO LAB spans two weeks and provides participants with hands-on experience working alongside acclaimed actress and playwright Danielle Truitt to develop and produce her one-woman play, 3 Black Girl Blues, at the new Booker Theater. Participants will gain invaluable insights into both mounting a successful theatrical production and filming and marketing a live performance for broader audiences.
